Summary

The fiber-cement pressure board is a kind of new-type construction material. According to the industrial standards of construction materials and in the field of construction flat boards, the fiber-cement pressure board features non-asbestos and chrysotile. Currently, chrysotile fiber-cement pressure board accounts for the most proportion in domestic market, and its main materials include fabrics (serpentine asbestos),cements (portland cement),silicone powder and other additional materials. By adopting the special production technological process, the cement flat boards used for construction are produced through the procedures of slurrying, extraction (or slurry flow method ),inflating by 10000 ton press machine and four-course maintenance processes. This kind of boards have been used widely in various fields of construction industry.

It is a long term strategic guideline to develop the construction materials with the characteristics of energy conservation, earthquake proof, fire proof, high strength and light weight. The raw materials of cement pressure board have a rang of diverse sources, and partial industrial wasted materials are also adopted with lower price. With the mature production technological process, the raw materials of boards can meet the requirements of energy conservation, earthquake proof, fire proof, high strength, light weight as mentioned above. Designed scale,production spec. and application ranges

2.1 Designed scale

Annual capacity designed: 1.5 mln sq.m—2 mln sq.m

According to the above indexes, calculated by 300 days per year and based on the machines running rate at 90% and the finished products’ rate at 95%, the capacity per day is 5000M2; Calculated based on the standard board with the dimension of length (2440mm)×width (1220mm)×thickness (6mm), the capacity is 1800 sheets per day.

2.2 Spec. of products

The standard length and width of fiber-cement pressure board is 1200*2400(mm)and 1220*2440(mm); The normal thickness is 4-20(mm); Other special specification can be cut and proceeded on this basis.

2.3 Application ranges

Currently, fiber-cement pressure board is mostly used for indoor partition,hanging board on interior walls,insulation board of exterior walls and steel structure floor boards.

1. Comparing with the gypsum boards and calcium silicate boards, the fiber-cement pressure board has the better efficiency on water proof,fire proof and sound proof in the use of indoor partition. But because of high price, it is mainly used for some high-end facilities such as hotels,villas and national stadiums,etc..

2. Same with the stones in the use of hanging board of exterior walls, and also because of huge price advantage comparing with stones ( especially for imported stones), the fiber-cement pressure board has been used in various construction more and more including many stadiums of World Expo and the Asian Games.

3. Insulation board of exterior walls:considering energy conservation, many buildings in North have adopted the insulation design of exterior walls. Adopting the insulation materials such as fiber-cement pressure board,extruded board,etc. as the insulation board of exterior walls, ,it becomes very common now.

4. With the rise of housing price step by step, duplex residential communities are growing rapidly throughout the county. Comparing with the traditional density boards (wooden boards), the fiber-cement floor boards have a better advantage at the aspects of water proof,moisture proof,fire proof,sound insulation and corrosion protection.
