General introduction:

“Q69” series automatic shot blasting machines are designed for continuous blasting of plates and profiles, and also welded constructions. Special attention has been paid to the positioning of turbines that provide the optimum efficiency and uniform cleaning of work pieces. Plates or profiles are loaded onto an input roller conveyor that transports work pieces through the tunnel part of the machine. On the outer brim of the tunnel’s shot blasting part, there are turbines that provide optimum cleaning of work pieces from the top and bottom side. Work pieces go on through the chamber for removing the shot blasting agent off the top surface, finally reaching the output roller conveyor.

• “Q69” series automatic shot blasting machines are designed for shot blasting plates of all standard widths and lengths, and they are also suited for blasting standard profiles of any dimension.
• Special machine variants also allow the shot blasting of welded constructions.
• “Q69” series automatic shot blasting machines provide continuous regulation of operating speed and, if required, also the regulation of steel shot flow. Shot blasting is turned on automatically, when work pieces travel under turbines.
• All machines are equipped by standard with a blow-off fan for removing steel shot from the top surface of work pieces, whereas in larger surface areas greater effect is achieved by using a rotation brush.
• There is a selection of machines available with different sizes of workspace and with numerous optional accessories, which allow us to adjust our machines to the needs of even the most demanding customer.

The features of Q69 series automatic shot blasting machine:

1.Steel plate, H beam steel structure shot blasting machine has three kinds of pass through type: Roller conveying pass through, trolley pass through, hanger pass through.
2. They are widely used in the industry of steel structure, engineering machinery, bridge building and so on. By shot blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and eliminate surface stress force.
3. After shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust capacity, improve the quality and prolong the service life of steel structure.
4. The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
5. The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
6. After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.
