Composite frame shaker screens, with size of 615 × 610 mm, are compatible with MD-2 dual flat-deck shaker & MD-3 triple-deck shale shakers from M-I SWACO.

Composite screen have thin rectangular openings with a tapered cross section which improves blinding resistance over standard square mesh scalping screens.

The smooth top surface of the screens transport gumbo and sticky clay formations off the scalping deck, preventing good solids conveyance off the screens.
