VT19-24indoor HV vacuum circuit breaker is used in three-phase AC
electric system of 50HZ,24kV. It is used as control and protection

The structure of vacuum arc-extinguish room
Vacuum arc-extinguish room is the core parts of circuit breaker to
bear,make and break current energy. It has sufficient
arc-extinguish function and high operation duration.
- Insulation enclosure (1) of arc-extinguish room is made up of high
intensity alumina ceramics material, both ends shall be welded
stainless steel cover (6) and it will be formed into sealed cavity.
- Inner layer of arc-extinguish room is metal shied cover(5) which
metal moist caused by arc can be compounded or condensed on the
metal shied cover in short time during terminal making &
breaking, insulation media intensity of inner arc-extinguish room
will be recover. Meantime, shied cover can protect ceramics
enclosure from hurt of metal splashing.
- Retracted stainless steel accordion pipe (4) is the important part
of arc-extinguish room that moving terminal (3) can move in the
fully-closed arc-extinguish room. Sealing function and long
duration of accordion pipe is one of the main factors which decided
the mechanical duration of vacuum arc-extinguish room.
- Terminal is the heart of vacuum arc-extinguish room, adopt
chromium-copper, advanced smelt technology can ensure the breaking
function and electric duration of vacuum circuit breaker, and
decrease the operation over-voltage level.
