Working principle:

Belt conveyor send raw material into crushing room which is made up of blade rotor, rotate blades, fixed blades and screen. Raw material is pushed nearby blade and through shredding, pushing, cutting process, final material which size less than mesh hole diameter will drop out from machine. The size bigger than mesh hole diameter will shred in crushing room again till less mesh hole diameter.

Single shaft Shredder is used for the die material, big block material, HDPE, PVC thick wall pipe and other plastic material.
