Description:

Usage and operation

The operation of ENT unit is easy, the operation is achieved synchronously , it is automatic stop when the operation is finished.

How to use spray device?

First of all, make sure the appropriate liquid medicine inside of spray device’s can, before spray into patients’ ENT chamber. It is a good way to make a trail spray ahead, make sure the device works smoothly, focus on the atomized effect and the power of pressure, pressure’s power could be adjustable through the panel on the front side of the equipment, and then you can spray proper amount of medicine by button on the spray device to your patient’s foci. Meanwhile make your patients in the right position.

a. Infuse medical liquid

Unlock the turnbuckle which between spray device frame and medical plastic bottle. Separate out the spray device, then unscrew the medical bottle and infuse the liquid into it. Lastly tighten the turnbuckle.

b. Switch on and switch off the power: press the bottom with “SPRAY” symbol on the desktop to switch on or switch off.

c. Adjusting to the pressure of the spray device

After turning on the general power and the spray device power, then turn the adjust switch marked “SPRAY ADJUST” clockwise, the pressure will rise. And turn it contrariwise, the pressure will drop. The spray device works well when the pressure is between 0.1 Mpa and 0.15 Mpa.

d. Further notice when use the spray device:

Nozzle axis and the horizon maintain ±45°extent, avoid inverting. .

Put the spray device at the original position after using it, and turn off the power.

How to use suction device?

Switch on the suction power through the panel in desktop, and use your a finger to check if the suction exist and if the power enough for suction, meanwhile, see if there is available space in waste bottles. Pick up the suction device’s tip, and then put it into patient’s ENT chamber to draw secretion substance. After you finish suction’s work, place the suction device on the original position, and switch off the power. Pour-out and clean the waste bottle to avoid overflow.

Detailed operations:

a. Switch on and switch off the power: press the bottom with “SUCTION” symbol on the desktop to switch on or switch off.

b. Adjust the negative pressure: turn the knob clockwise, the negative pressure will rise up; and turn it contrariwise, the negative pressure will drop down. When the negative pressure rises up to 0.07Mpa, it could be start to work.

c. Pour-out and clean the waste bottle: ever time when the waste bottle is full or has not the enough space for your next work, just unscrew the bottle’s cap and remove the bottle out from the equipment. Never need to pull out the pips on the bottle’s cap. Pour-out and clean the bottle and replace to the original position.

How to use the lamp system?

Lamp is applied for detecting disease with ENT parts, coordinate the angle through the rotatable arm, raise, down, or rotate until adjust to fit position, after done, please return to the original place to avoid anybody collide with it.

The projection lamp is installed behind the unit and supported by the parallel frame. The light direction can be adjusted on one meter scale by doctors.

Other purpose of this equipment

The tray is made of stainless material, suitable for placing surgical instruments, and the glass bottle for filling liquid medicine for preparation of spray devices. Gauze container for place medical cottons and gauze, and film viewer for view film, you only need switch on and insert film into the device.
