Three-in-one feeder, metal wafer stamping, Guangdong Ruihui stamping automation
No matter how advanced and automated the equipment is, it is inseparable from the correct commissioning and operation to truly exert its high efficiency. The same applies to the use of stamping automation equipment.
1. Place the three-in-one feeder on the side of the punching table. Pay special attention to the center line of the three-in-one feeder must be on the same line as the punching table.
Then, the punching machine is loaded with a mold, and the feeding height of the high feeder is set on the touch panel of the Ruihui three-in-one feeder console according to the height of the mold, so as to be consistent with the height of the lower mold mounted on the punching die.
2. Place the roll required for stamping processing on the loading trolley of the three-in-one feeder, and then start the trolley to slowly feed the roll into the reduced material frame support plate, which is adjusted according to the actual width of the material. The width of the baffle arm, while starting the oil pressure expansion of the rack, allows it to tension the roll, after which the loading trolley can be returned to its original position.
3. Put down the material pressing wheel to make it press the material, start the material rack manual discharging function, let it press the material part of the material roll, then cut the material of the material roll, and raise the material of the material rack. The arm holds the roll.
4. Restart the manual discharging function of the rack again, so that the material material head is forwarded under the cooperation of the pressing arm, the retaining arm and the supporting arm, so that it slowly enters the three-in-one feeder to level the feeding indenter. In the device, the leveling head device is used to flatten the material and is slowly fed into the subsequent leveling feeder head.
5. Adjust the worm gear of the leveling machine of the three-in-one feeder. Repeat the adjustment to optimize the leveling effect, and then manually control the material to slowly enter the mold.
6. Adjust the feeding machine time and relaxation time according to the requirements of the stamping process. After confirming the feeding length several times, you can start the continuous stamping automatic production.
