East Gear offers full CNC and manual capability. We improve our cut parts dimensionally and can significantly improve surface finish and form, either prior to heat treat or as finished parts. We offer crown shaving and form modification and can gear hone parts after heat treat to reduce distortion and finish problems as required.

Yichang lead aircraft owned CNC gear shaper, Chongqing 3180,3120 CNC hobbing machines, CNC machine on the outer end face grinding and cylindrical grinding, internal grinding and CNC lathes dozens. Harbin gear testing center, 3204B gear tester, Switzerland rough, projector, hardness and other testing equipment more than ten, has a set of CNC multi-purpose furnace heat treatment.
