Machine use to produce:

This machine is a single-axis vertical manual polishing machine.

The roller is automatically adjusted up and down by the motor.

It is mainly used for grinding and primer sanding of wood products.

It is suitable for all kinds of solid wood, composite board, MDF and skin,

Plate and other materials, mainly for the narrow workpiece and the side

of the workpiece grinding and polishing, can be used for door lines, door flowers,

hangers, Roman columns, photo frames, toilet seats and other shaped flat wood products polished.

Machine features:

This type of hair roller can be moved up and down by the motor to make the grinding effect better.

The height of the hair roller is 200 mm and the diameter of the hair roller is 300 mm.

The body is made of 4mm steel plate, and the sheet metal is all laser-cut and cut, with precise dimensions and beautiful appearance.

The whole machine is painted with high temperature, the collision of the fuselage is not easy to fall off, and the rust prevention is more durable.

The relay is made of imported Omron intermediate relay.

The motor is a pure copper core GB motor, and the electrical appliances are all using Zhengtai Electric.

The rollers are equipped with imported gauze strips, which are more durable and quality guaranteed.
