1. Payment:
What are the terms of payments you offer?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging. We accept payment of T/T, Western Union,Paypal and cash only.

2. Packing:

If product is broken during transportation due to improper packing, the responsibility will be borne by the seller.

3. Shipment:
How long will it take to deliver goods?
We will ship the goods within 1-3 days after your payment. And we will send you the tracking number the next day after the goods are shipped.
What kind of transportation methods you offer?
For spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy very good discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us their accounts to pay the transportation fee, we are also welcomed.
For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm freight with buyers’ prior delivery.

4. After-sale service:
What about the warranty you offer?
We provide 3 to 6 months warranty for copy products and 3 months warranty for original & tested products. There is no warranty if:
1). Man-made damage;
2). The products have been used already;
3). Our label is broken.
