1. Summary

The RO desalination device is capable of converting sea water (TDS up to 38000ppm) into permeated water with TDS<700ppm, which can be applied for domestic use in island.

2. Technological Process:

Flocculant, bactericide reductant, antiscalant

Raw water tank→raw water pump→bag filter→multi-media filter→10um security filter→5um security filter→HP pump→RO device→use of point

3. Working Principle

Raw water (sea water) first enters into bag filter and multi-media filter filled with refined quartz sand, removing large suspended solid, rust, sediments, colloidal and other particles. Filtered water then passes through 5μm security filter to remove all particles larger than 5μm. Boosted high pressure water is further desalinated and purified by the RO device, producing water used for domestic life.

This system is capable of continuous purified water production by manual operation or automatic operation, with online water quality monitoring instruments. It’s a stable, safe and reliable purified water producing system.

4. Working Conditions

a. permeate flow: 40T/D(25℃)

Note: the permeate flow decreases by 3% when temperature goes down by 1℃.

b. Production TDS<700 mg/l(25℃)
