Mineral Processing Vacuum Disc Filter ,Ceramic Vacuum Filter slurry
A vacuum ceramic filter is designed to separate liquids from solids for dewatering
purposes. The device consists of a rotator, slurry tank, ceramic
filter plate, distributor, discharge scraper, cleaning device,
frame, agitating device, pipe system, vacuum system, automatic acid
dosing system, automatic lubricating system, valve and discharge

The Vacuum Ceramic Disc Filters has been widely used in copper,
iron, gold, silver, tin, aluminum, lead, zinc, nickel, palladium,
cobalt, molybdenum, aluminum, phosphorus, coal, sulfur, silicon,
quartz, mica, rare earth concentrate, tailings dewatering, Zinc
Oxide, chemical industry lead oxide, zinc sulfide, electro slag,
leaching slag, slag cement dehydration and environmental pollution
as well as waste acid treatment. The fineness of materials is from
-200 to -450 and a variety of superfine materials.

Work principle of the vacuum ceramic filter
Driven by the main shaft, the filtering plate rotates to the
direction of scraper. Under effect of vacuum system (vacuum pump,
filtrate tank, distributor and relevant pipes), the filtering plate
below slurry level absorbs the slurry while the filtering plate
from slurry level to scraper makes the material (absorbed on it)
dry. The filtrate goes into filtrate tank where from it is drained
through discharge system (filtrate pump and relevant pipes).
When the filtering plate reaches the position of scraper, the cake
is taken out by scraper and then given through discharge chute onto
conveying belt. After discharge of material, the filtering plate is
cleaned in the way of reverse flowing (cleaning takes place once
after each circle of rotation). So a few of residue caused by
clearance between filtering plate and scraper is cleaned out, and
the function of filtering plate is restored during operation.
