Compressor Motor Winding Coils Inserting Machine is used to insert winding coils and wedge insulation into stator slots automatically at one time. On Winding Machine, coils are wound orderly into transfer cups. Operators just put the transfer cup with coils into the inserting tooling, transfer coils into inserting tooling, then start the inserting machine, it can insert winding and wedge paper into slots automatically at one time.

Wedge and coil are all automatically inserted into stator;

Adopting servo motor to push coil; function with pre-pushing coil;

Cutting paper and indexing are driven by servo motor; speed is adjustable;

Adopting servo motor to feeding paper slot by slot, interval slot or skip slot; wedge paper length is adjustable;

PLC controller can detect fault position, with the function of fault diagnosis;

Equipped with pre-feeding paper device and meet the consistency of paper length;

Paper feeding is equipped with heat device to achieve cutting paper in low temperature;

The speed of pushing coil is adjustable according to different wire gauge;

Operator works in standing posture;

Pressing the button to start the machine by both hands;

Changeover time: ≈10mins.
