Description:

This Auto PVB Processing Line is composed of two functions, PVB stretching and auto cutting. The PVB

film first load into the heating and molding by the cone type and then air drying and cooling, finally auto

cutting.

• The main frame part adopts Q235 and aluminum profile.
• The transfer part with adjustable belt.
• SIEMENS/SEW gear reducer.
• The positioning system adopts cylinder center positioning.
• The overturn system adopts the servo.
