Ultrasonic drilling:
Ultrasonic assisted drilling is a recently-developed technique, in
which high-frequency (> 20 kHz) vibration is superimposed onto
the movement of a standard drill bit in the axial direction,
providing advantages including reduced drilling forces (reduction
often in excess of 80%) and improved quality of drilled holes when
compared to conventional drilling. Ultrasonic assisted drilling
also achieves a reduction in entry and exit delamination size, but
not in the expected proportion considering the observed reduction
of drilling forces. A different mechanical process to that in
conventional drilling may be driving the delamination in Ultrasonic
assisted drilling, for example dynamic or thermal effects in
addition to thrust and torque loads.

FAQ:
Q:What is rotary ultrasonic assisted machining ?
A:Ultrasonic assisted machining means ultrasonic vibration apply to
traditional machine tool for drilling and milling especially ofr
hard and brittle materials with perfect performance.
Q:What is ER collet?
A:The ER collet is a subtype of chuck that forms a collar around an
object to be held and exerts a strong clamping force on the object
when it is tightened, usually by means of a tapered outer collar.
It may be used to hold a workpiece or a tool
Q:What is BT40 and HSKA63?
A:These are two different kinds of tool holder which used for connect
to your CNC machine according to different size and type.
