Introduction

Ball mill is used in mineral beneficiation area usually as crushing and grinding before kinds of minerals grade separation. It can grind coal ash (or sand, stone) into required fineness in aerated concrete, then use coal ash pump to send them into the slurry tank storage respectively. In addition, the energy saving ball mill can grind all kinds of ore materials, the grinding fineness can adjust from 25 to 200 mesh. And according to the material and discharging methods, ball mill could be in wet way and dry way.

Ball Mill Structure

Contained feeding system, the discharging system, the transmission system(speed reducer, small transmission gear, electrical machinery, electric control), etc.

Working Principle

First: Materials spirally and evenly go into the first cabin of the grinding machine through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining board in which there are many steel balls with different specifications.

Second: The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down to impact and grind the materials.

Third: After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go through the single-layer partition board and into the secondary cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls to further grind the materials.

Fourth: the powdery materials will be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
