Equipment Introduction
Electric heating furnace is to transform electric energy into heat energy through electric resistance by

using of joule effect, which is mainly used for heating the needed air from initial temperature to required

temperature, the temperature can be up to 850 ℃, the dried hot air without water, non-conductive, no

combustion, no explosions, no chemical corrosion, no pollution, safe and reliable, temperature rise

rapidly.
Performance Characteristics

1. It is small in size, large power: heater mainly adopts cluster type tubular electric heating element

3. High temperature: the highest working temperature designed is 850 ℃.

4. The uniform media outlet temperature, temperature control precision is high.

5. Wide application range, strong adaptability, the heater can be applied to explosion-proof or ordinary

occasions, the explosion-proof grade could be dⅡB and class C, withstand pressure 20 MPa.

6. Long life, high reliability: the heater is made by special electric materials, the power load is low for

design surface, and using the multiple protection, to greatly increase the safety and life.

7. Could be fully automated controlled: according to the requirements by the heater circuit design, easy

to implement parameters such as outlet temperature, flow, pressure automatic controlled, also could

connect with computer.

8. Energy-saving effect is remarkable, the heat generated by the electrical energy almost transfers

100% to the heating medium.
