This is a 2000 m³ glass-lined water storage tanks project in Ethiopia. We design and manufacture 6 tanks for this project. All the glass-lined water storage tanks are made of Glass-Fused-to-Steel, self-lock bolt and sealant, so it is also known as Glass-Lined-Steel tank. And Customer chooses aluminum dome roof as the roof of all tanks. After all the products including Glass-Fused-to-Steel, roofs and tank ancillaries in the site, we sent an installation guide on site to train the local worker how to set up the tanks.

What is Glass-Fused-to-Steel?

Glass-Fused-to-Steel is the production of the molten glass reacted with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond at 820°C-930°C high temperature, which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and outstanding corrosion resistance of glass.

Application:

Glass lined storage tanks are used in a wide variety of applications such as containment of potable water, wastewater, leachate, and a sundry of other applications.
