Underwater Dredging ROV VVL-QY210-110A


Introduction of Robot
The VVL-QY210-110A Underwater Dredging Robot is designed as a whole with ultra-small fuselage. The whole body is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the width of dredging can reach 1100 mm. Four high-definition network cameras with 2 megapixels are equipped in four directions of the robot body, and sonar platform system is equipped to realize 360 degree sonar scanning. The robot is equipped with van carrier + truck crane, and the dredging robot is equipped with back-end processing system. The system separates all kinds of impurities perfectly and filters out the clear water quality.

Application area
Dam silting, circulating pool silting, urban underground canal silting, large-scale pipeline silting, urban river silting, culvert silting and other silting environment.


Technological superiority
1. The robot body is made of 304 stainless steel, which can adapt to various working environments.
2. Four-way 2-megapixel high-definition underwater camera can observe clearly underwater working conditions and record them in real time.
3. A sonar Pan&tilt is deployed to realize 360 degree sonar scanning. The angle of Pan&tilt can reach 360 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically.
4. The robot can separate mud and water, clean up debris and classify them, and eventually filter out reusable water.
