• Self aligned fit up welding roller beds with motorized trolley suitable for safety work load 200t section assembly growing line.

Product description:

• The self aligned fit up welding roller beds is composed by pair of hydraulic liftable idler rotator, independent hydraulic system & electric control system.
  
• The idler rotator is composed by pedestal, hydraulic liftable wheel seat, cradle structure, motorized trolley, hydraulic system & electric control system.
  
• On one of the idler rotator, there are pair of mechanical anti-drift wheel installed at ends of the pair cradle structure. Section edge would be against the wheel during assembly procedure.
  
• On the other one idler rotator, there is hydraulic jig at side of the pedestal, using to push up the joint welding seam to make it alignment & easy for tackle welding.
  
• Hydraulic pump station integrated with control box, installed on the rack which enclosed at side of the pedestal.
  
• Polyurethane coated wheel suitable for 200t safety work load limit.
  
• Wireless remote controller for pair of idler rotator operation.

Main Technical Parameters

Feature:

• Self aligned structure with double contact surface with the section, maximumly decrease the section deformation.
  
• Cradle structure of the self aligned welding roller beds able to auto open suitable for various size section, no need for extra adjustment, which boost the working efficiency.
  
• Polyurethane wheel absorbing shocking during section loading, protect section surface,also avoid slipping during rotation.
  
• Independent hydraulic pump station for each idler assembly rotator. All four wheels are independently working, flexible operation & highly improve the fit up efficiency.
  
• Mechanical anti-drift wheel at side of the cradle structure, prevent the section drifting during circumferential seam welding.
  
• Hydraulic jig at side of the idler rotator, push up the joint seam, effectively assist the operator for seam joint & tackle welding.
  
• Motorized trolley under pedestal make it traveling along the rail. suitable for diverse section length.
