Description:

High quality inflatable dock seal or inflatable dock shelter mainly adapts accurately to various size of lorry. It offers excellent sealing properties and for the most part prevents outdoor temperature reaching warehouse. Door seal is usually used for through-the-wall-style platform to communicate with the internal environment of the compartment with the plant, logistics and environmental protection in the process of loading and unloading.

Designed to suit door openings up to 8' W x 10’ H (2,438 mm x 3,048 mm), the FASEC Adjustable Inflatable Dock Seal has vertical air bags that increase the contact area against the trailer and tighten the seal to keep product secure. An internal retraction spring permits the header air bag to be fully retracted when not in use, preventing collision damage from incoming trailers.

Performance:

01 - galvanized steel framework; surface material for high wear resistance vinyl fiber material, filled with polyurethane sponge filler;

02 - both sides of the door seal front of about 300mm wide and the oblique cone received reduced to about 200mm wide, so fluent and out of space when loading and unloading;

03 - the top of the door seal is about 300mm wide; door seal thickness of 250mm;

04 - the top of the door seal with about 400mm curtain;

05 - with yellow reversing strips;

06 - door back cover vents designed conducive truck carriages pressure over the exhaust.

Benefits:

Not until the vehicle has safely docked ,is the dock shelter fan switched on,allowing the dock shelter to inflate around the vehicle and providing an airtight seal.Once loading has been completed and the fan is switched off,the cushion retract into the enclosure.

Two-fold benefit:
Small air opening on the undersides of the cushions ensure constant pressure. Any water on the top of the lorry is blown away at the same time.

Roof and side cladding:
Of thermally insulated steel panels,20mm thick,with aluminium corner profiles in the rounded soft line look.

Flexible front strips:
2-layer,elastic substrate of polyester,PVC-coated on both sides,approx.3mm thick.

Inflatable cushions:
In weather-resistant, permanently elastic and high-frequency welded flap material.
