Mine Industry PEB Structural Steel Fabrications Pipe Truss Structure

This is the three workshops which we designed& fabricated for our Chile client. normally the workshops are made of H beam for main framing of steel structure fabrication. But as Unique design, specially consider:

1. There is a belt conveyor running on top of roof inner edge.

2. The building height is over 18m, which is already higher than its surrounding concrete wall.

3 Meanwhile it is already nearby a pedestrian road. there is no space for a big concrete foundation, so we designed a flexible column feet.

thus, under such condition, we can only choose the piping truss designed workshop as only solution for the client.

Such piping truss triangle building are packed in bundle and shipped by bulk vessel. the client is supprised that when the structural members arrived in Chile construction site, the surface painting worn are much better than container shipment.
