All our drawing blocks are made of alloy steel material with high wear-resistance treatment (Tungsten Carbide). Hard treatment: 200mm height of working surface. Surface hardness: HRC 60-62. Roughness : 0.8um. Thickness is over 1mm.
1) Driving system:
We adopt the Grade1 group V belts and Special high quality Hard surface gear box from the specialized supplier. The transmission rate can reach about 98%. Noise less than 70db. While has long service life and reliable performance.
2) Wire disorder prevention:
Once the wire is broken, any one drawing block can stop at once, while stop the whole production line in very short time.
3) Die box
Consist of two parts. The front cave is used for filling wire drawing powder; The back cave is die cave, which can be designed as pressure die box which can contain two dies or designed as normal die box. Tuning roller is fixed in the front of die box, which is driven by cylinder, the wave of tuning roller will make the no touching type sensor send out corresponding signal to adjust the speed finely. The force of tuning roller on steel wire can be adjusted by the force adjuster on block operation panel. Tuning roller and wire guiding wheel are both made of 45# steel and sprayed with tungsten carbide whose hardness is over HCR58. Pressing wheel structure is fixed at the outlet of die box to prevent the bamboo knars on wire surface.
