Electric Convection Oven with Proofer Baking Combination Oven Baking Oven can doing baking and proofer together ,because it is combination oven.

This equipment have following advantage:

1). 1.2mm AL-Zn coated steel sheet and 1mm stainless steel sheet are used to build the shell and chamber, 70mm insulation laying between shell and chamber ensure a good performance of heat preservation and energy saving.

2). Circulating airflow generating by blower distributes heat evenly and efficiently in the chamber. Steam system can generate sufficient steam for the product with a smooth and crisp crust.

3). The oven has a small footprint and maybe combined with underframe or base-proofer to make optimum use of available space.

4). Protective design in door lock can avoid injury caused by hot steam puffing from chamber.
